Inspired brasserie cuisine

Our talented chef prepares imaginative gourmet cuisine which constantly changes to reflect seasonal produce. Terrine of foie gras marinated in coconut milk, roasted cod loin with soft spices and apple curry... The menus are daring and immensely creative but you will also appreciate some of the "classics" of French cuisine prepared with fresh, topnotch ingredients sourced from the formal gardens of the Domaine de la Chartreuse or from local producers around Pas-de-Calais.

Thanks to a wine dispenser (temperature controlled and conserved in nitrogen) Le Vasco offers a wide range of wines by the glass to pair with your meal. Wine lovers can experiment and discover some delicious vintage wines, broadening their knowlege of French wines!
